OUR MISSION

We repair all makes and models

The story began in the spring of 2017, when our entrepreneur Ville Kontola, then a student at Tampere University of Technology, swapped lectures for practical IT support.

Initially, it was about simple advice, but soon it included computer repairs, home visits, and manual maintenance, directly from Ville's student apartment.

The word spread quickly and Ville's skills improved. The home became a real maintenance point. He continued studying on weekends, repaired devices on weekdays, and eventually graduated in 2021 as a Master of Science in Engineering – a full-time business ready and waiting.

In Kaleva, Tampere, the first brick-and-mortar store was opened. As a result, there were more customers, work was plentiful, and the first employee was hired in 2023.

We are not just another technical support service. We are a team that genuinely enjoys solving problems. Starting from a single screwdriver to becoming the trusted IT support in Tampere.

When I buy products or services, the most important thing is to get what was promised. If a company does not have satisfied customers, it has nothing. I started with my first PC in 2004.

I have always enjoyed tinkering with devices. When something breaks, it's best to fix it yourself. I started modding gaming consoles. Nowadays, I repair customers' devices so that they work better than before.
